The Bus Assembly Line Trim Line
In the processing of the bus assembly trim line, the car without doors is almost a universal plant. Workers or the equipment can access different points of installation of parts in the body shell, Trim line assembly operations are carried out in logical sequence and differ from manufacturer to manufacturer. Mostly the operations are manually performed from both sides of a slat conveyor. Screwdrivers, box wrenches, and torque wrenches are used as hand tools for assembly operations. dampers and front wishbones are installed, and so are the facia and instrumental panels. the air-conditioner or heater unit may be installed after the instrument panel. The lamps and bumpers covered with molded protectors are also installed in the trim line. Many subassemblies are carried out in cells located suitably to feed them to the trim line conveyor at appropriate locations. Some assembly such as strut subassembly requires special jigs. The Bus Assembly Line Chassis Line
The car bodies from the trim line is picked up by the overhead conveyor of the chassis line which may be power and free type. Mostly, the parts are fitted from the bottom side. Some of these manual processes require uncomfortable postures, because of the inconvenient position of the car bodies. Tilt conveyors and electric carriages incorporating elevators are being used to overcome the problems. Near the beginning of the chassis line, the fuel tank is assembled. Power Truss
Assembly line ground column power grid is the structural form of a ground column, the ground column is fixed on the ground by the way of ground embedded plate or chemical anchor bolt, this structural form is mainly for the workshop where the steel structure on the roof of the plant is not pre-set lifting point, which will take up a part of the ground space, and it will have some influence on the logistics transportation. The steel structure is composed of two parts: columns and an upper net frame, with power boxes, air source points, and fans on the columns, and the upper net frame is installed with compressed air pipelines, cable bridges, lighting fixtures, spiral electric tubes, spiral air tubes and other components. Inside the power box on each column, there are the power switch, lighting switch, fan switch, etc., which can realize zone control and meet the needs of the production line for power (AC380V, AC220V), air source (compressed air), lighting and working environment improvement (fan).

The total assembly line of a large passenger full-carrying automobile needs to adapt to the assembly requirements of various models, and the positioning mechanism and the load-bearing mechanism are adjustable structures, which can be applied to the flexible total assembly line of a large passenger full-carrying automobile.
The full-carrying process trolley is mainly used in the bus industry for conveying the line when assembling the front and rear axles of the full-carrying body engine platform, which belongs to the field of conveying machinery technology. It can be used together with the floor drag chain (professional full-load assembly line) to support the body after painting, and realize the predetermined process conveying through the drag of the floor drag chain; it can also be used together with the general assembly veneer chain. It can meet the requirements of various body types, is simple and reliable, easy to use, low production cost, and easy to maintain. Therefore, the positioning and carrying mechanism of the body-supporting trolley needs to be adjustable.
Air conditioner installation platform
A work platform for installing a roof-mounted air conditioner in a fully load-bearing new energy bus includes a support column, a left platform skeleton and a right platform skeleton disposed on the support column, a climbing ladder connected to the left platform skeleton or the right platform skeleton at the top, a bridge assembly connected between the left platform skeleton and the right platform skeleton, and a movable worktable disposed between the left platform skeleton and the right platform skeleton. When installing an air conditioner, a staff member can stand on the movable workbench to carry out relevant operations, solving the problem that it is difficult to install a roof-mounted air conditioner on an existing full-carrying new energy bus and that the installation is prone to cause damage to the roof of the bus.

Front and rear axle mounting trolley
This equipment is suitable for installing front and rear axle assemblies in the assembly line of full-carrying models, with the function of adjusting the front and rear axle assemblies relative to each other, and with the function of automatic traveling. Chain plate
The single-slat conveyor line is mainly used for the bus body transfer in the bus assembly line. The transportation is stable and reliable, saving a lot of labor costs. The equipment is mainly composed of a driving device, a tensioning device, a traction chain, an intermediate bracket, a chain rail, a pit cover, and an electric control system.
The transmission large sprocket is equipped with an overload protection shear pin. And it is easy to replace and install. At the lowest design speed, the assembly line has no creep. The screw rod type is used for tensioning, and the bracket is welded with the overall strength is good. The bearing capacity is large. The tensioning device has a reasonable structure and is convenient to operate. Adopt PLC control mode with length setting of man-machine interface. The entire system has reliable overload, overcurrent, and fault protection devices.
Hanger for vehicle body conveyor
The bodywork lifting appliance is composed of a frame, hook assembly, body width adjusting unit, and pneumatic control part. The hook can be driven either by the workshop gas source or by the built-in air source. The bodywork lifting appliance has an additional radio remote unit, improving the hoisting efficiency. It is compact, easy to operate, safe and efficient. The body hanger is composed of the hanger framework, the hook assembly, the pneumatic system, and an electrical control unit. As well the hanger is equipped with remote wireless remote control. The air source needed by the cylinder is integrated into the hanger. The air supply equipment consists of an air compressor and a gas storage tank. When the air pressure required by the equipment is lower than the required by the work, the air compressor can work independently.
